Maximum Security will race on Sunday for the first time since the 3-year-old was disqualified from the Kentucky Derby.

Maximum Security's owners, Gary and Mary West, have sued in hopes of overturning the decision to disqualify the horse at the Derby and restoring the win. Runner-up Country House was named the winner at 65-1 odds.
