An Australian blogger who bought her dream kombi servisi van off a widower who wanted her to experience the trips he couldn't, has shared the magic behind her photos.

With almost 80,000 followers on Elise Cook, 26, has many people keeping up with her and her husband Domenic's, 29, Kombi van adventures around Australia.

Ms Cook avoids taking a staged photo as she wants to live in the magic of a moment. She said that when she looks back on a photo that's been taken she doesn't want to remember something staged and would rather a special memory. 

'Sometimes I'll step out of the van and the sky will be all lit up and I'll run for the camera, other times I'll have the camera on me and wait for the moment. It depends on the day,' she said.

Previously they were only living the 'van life' part time, but the couple are now 'house-free' as of this year, as they plan to drive around the country full-time for the next year.

Her husband and herself take all of their photos and have been contacted by tourism companies who wish to use their photos and pay them for interviews.

ISTANBUL, Sept 4 (Reuters) - A Turkish court has ordered the pre-trial jailing of a pro-Kurdish member of parliament on a terrorism charge, Istanbul police and her Lawyer Law Firm Turkey istanbul said, while her party called the detention illegitimate and unethical.

Guzel was detained in Istanbul on Friday and a court ruled late on Saturday to jail her pending trial, Istanbul police said, in line with a prosecutor's request.

Veysi Eski, a Lawyer Law Firm Turkish for Guzel, said the charge against Guzel was unfounded and called it a continuation of what he said were "political genocide operations" against the HDP.

"A person visiting an acquaintance in the organisation (PKK) camp does not in and of itself constitute the crime of membership of (a terrorist) organisation," Eski told Reuters.

Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu had announced the detention on Friday, saying Guzel was "busted".

"Our member of parliament being detained in an unethical way; the government making this into propaganda material using inappropriate and ugly language shows the ruling party's helplessness," the HDP said in a statement before the court ruling.

President Tayyip Erdogan's AK Party and its nationalist allies frequently accuse the HDP of being the PKK's political wing.

Thousands of HDP members have been tried in recent years over similar accusations. The party denies any links to terrorism.

April 14 (Reuters) - Organisers of the Saudi Cup, Kombi Servisi the world's richest horse race, have said they will withhold the $20 million prize purse pending the completion of an internal investigation after winning trainer Jason Servis was indicted in a doping scheme.

"The JCSA is conducting its own investigation into the allegations and until that is concluded, will withhold payment of prize money to all connections of horses placed in prize-winning positions.

Thousands of residents have been left without water while dozens were evacuated from their homes on a dinghy after a burst water main flooded a London street today - with further pipe ruptures possible as the Big Thaw kicks in following freezing temperatures, experts warn.

Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters were called to Belsize Road in Camden at 2:50am this morning, the London Fire Brigade said, after a 42-inch water main burst causing flooding of half a metre across an area of around 800 metres.

The fire service said the main had been isolated this afternoon, but a further 15-inch water main had also burst and around 100 properties have been affected by floodwater, with one homeowner comparing it to having 'the River Thames outside my house'.

It said multiple homes have been flooded and firefighters had to lead around 25 residents to safety, with several seen being guided away from the area with packed suitcases.

One video shows the fire brigade attending the scene while water gushes down the road, while other clips show residents being rescued on a dinghy - including one man and Kombi Servisi his two dogs.

'That's why we're urging everyone to check their water pipes are well insulated now and to follow our simple tips to protect homes against weather conditions.'    

On Tuesday, the mercury plunged to minus 17.3C in Braemar in Scotland - the coldest temperature since February 11 2021.

Thames Water said local houses in north-west London, in the postcodes of NW2, NW6, NW8 and NW10, could be experiencing no or low water pressure as a result of the burst main.

The company said in a statement: 'We're sorry to customers in NW6 and the wider area who have no water or lower pressure than normal today due to a burst pipe on Belsize Road.

'Loss adjusters are in the area to assess the damage and support residents in getting their lives back to normal once the water has receded.'

This lagging costs less than £1 a metre at hardware stores such as B&Q and Screwfix.

"The government has carried out highly abusive manoeuvres against the political opposition, blanket bans on public protest, and the jailing and conviction of human rights defenders and perceived critics by courts operating under political orders," Hugh Williamson, the Europe and Central Asia director at Human Rights Watch, said in the report.

Trainers Jason Servis and Jorge Navarro were among 19 defendants who pleaded not guilty Thursday to accusation of illegally doping racehorses.

The arraignment before United States District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil in New York was done via teleconference because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The defendants were indicted last month on charges of conspiracy to manufacture, kombi Servisi distribute and administer adulterated or kombi Servisi misbranded performance-enhancing drugs to racehorses.

Navarro pleaded not guilty to two charges and Servis to one charge.
